Medigap insurance, also known as Medicare supplement insurance, is sold by private insurance companies and supplements Original Medicare. These policies cover gaps in Original Medicare coverage including out-of-pocket costs for coinsurance and deductibles. Supplement plans do not have a network and you will continue to pay your Part B premium.
Medicare supplements are standardized and distinguished by the letters A through N with each plan having a different range of coverage. When obtaining healthcare services you would show both your Original Medicare card and your supplement card.
Here at Graber & Associates it’s our privilege to help you choose the supplement that’s best for you.
